J.J. Posted November 17, 2004 Report Posted November 17, 2004 Just go back to stock, I bet it's rubbing your cables and hoses and damaging the carb boots. Quote
PUSH THE THROTTLE Posted November 17, 2004 Report Posted November 17, 2004 Take it off. Works every time. Quote
NYUK Posted November 17, 2004 Report Posted November 17, 2004 zip tie the hoses and cables up off it. Quote
bronco91shee Posted November 19, 2004 Report Posted November 19, 2004 throw the f'n thing away. it ruined my carbboots and ran mine lean. not even the shops could figure it out for months on end. i made one outta pvc, it works for bout a yr, but the fuel inside melted it. now i got one made of copper for plumbing cuz i couldnt find a stock one. get rid of it and it'll save u much headache. i wish i wold have sooner. and no, i dint buy it, it came on the shee when i bought it. Flyin_Shee Posted November 23, 2004 Report Posted November 23, 2004 Mine was causing issues with jetting after it was rebuilt, finally just took it off and it ran much better, I just couldn't get the jetting right with that damn thing on there. And I never noticed a difference with it on (performance-wise). Quote
