bigscary Posted November 23, 2004 Report Posted November 23, 2004 I want a smoother powerband with a smooth lowend pull. 280867[/snapback] get a 4 stroke Quote
fixitrod Posted November 24, 2004 Report Posted November 24, 2004 the 2 into one carb with a two into one pipes would work very nice. But if you are keeping two carbs I'd say ptmids. Quote
micorps1 Posted November 29, 2004 Report Posted November 29, 2004 When i bought my brand new banshee les i bought the procircuit platinums and didnt like them so i gave them to my brother and bought the fmf fatties and in my opinion they give you better response in the mid range. Quote
sheeboy94 Posted December 2, 2004 Report Posted December 2, 2004 i run fatties and they work great for mx lowend, and midrange, also gave it a little on topend............i think they sound and look pretty good to.... not a bad price and woke up my shee alot Quote
picow18 Posted December 12, 2004 Author Report Posted December 12, 2004 (edited) Ok now I think it is between FmF fattys or Gnarly's which one do u guys think i should get? And what are the main differences? Edited December 12, 2004 by picow18 Quote
sredish Posted December 12, 2004 Report Posted December 12, 2004 Fatties - Tad less bottom, tad more top Gnarlies - Tad more bottom, tad less top I'd go with the Fatties unless your strictly mx'ing or xc'ing. The Fatties have great low end and awesome pull and plenty of top to hang with the top end pipes at the dunes. They're the perfect all-around pipe. Quote
Fireman-hott Posted December 13, 2004 Report Posted December 13, 2004 If your racing MX 2-1 pipe plain and simple. Will not find another pipe with the same bottom end pull. Fatties are a top end pipe, hence the name fatties. If your stuck on FMF go Gnarlys they are more of a mid pipe. Quote
