Rockets VS. CPI VS. Shearer Inframes

Ok, Iam selling the 03 and going to go buy a new 05 and not sure what pipe I want to run yet. The bike will go to the porter directly from the dealership. Im looking to make the most hp out of an inframe and havent been able to find some good dyno chart of a non-stroked biked. If anybody has one please post. Im running the cpi now but the boys over on PS really like the shearer but the rocket look pretty mean.

I think it depends on how your porter sets your transfers up. Some porters like different pipes but shears are very nice and come at a great price. I also know a lot of 350cc motors like t-5 too. Why are you going to sell an 03 to get an 05? and who is going to port it?

Im selling my 03 for a couple of reasons non of which are related to the bike. My guy runs a little shop here in ks called powerhouse porting he is really good and made some excellent power on my 03. I really like my cpi's but I here really good things about the shearer. Havent heard anything but here say on the rockets but would love to see some charts.

The dyno makes the CPI and Shearer look like the same pipe, just offset a little in the RPM range. Based on the chart, it makes the CPIs a no brainer for topend.

Shearers make more power than CPI and will out pull / out rev them any day of the week.

any body got any info on the rockets(HP,TQ), or just that you put them on and they feel fast .

Looks to ME like the shearer is the top end pipe, out reving, and out pulling the CPI

Cpi is the no brainner there. It has the best midrange and most usable top end power... iit's not always about the power it's about how long it takes to get there.

Of all the people on here that run the rocket and even sell the rocket nobody has dynoed them or even compared them to the shearer or cpi.

That dyno shows exactly what White Knuckle Racing told me. Almost identical but harder to get ahold of.

I forgot to add that for a little less than what the chrome rockets sell for you can have Matt Shearer make you a custom set of pipes (that are made to your porting specs)

The shearer pipe's website isnt what I would call informative, does anybody know if they have a standard pipe that they sell or is all they sell custom built stuff. And what does it cost to get a pipe custom done to my specs, and can you get in chrome or is that after the fact costs.
