Right now my 03 banshee is Stock. I have FMF SST'S with jet kit and I am purchasing k&n air filter with adapter plate. I just ordered trail tech speedometer and a brand new sprocket set with 15 tooth in the front. After installing these mods what are the most practical mods to do that will make my banshee better as far as horsepower is concerned. However I am not looking to do anything crazy or something that will sacrifice reliability.

Increase the compression. Get a Noss Head (site supporter) at nossmachine.com with some 20cc domes. Then, very cheaply, you can mod your stator plate to advance your timing 4 degrees. Do a search on that.

With all these performance mods my guess is that I will need to beef up my clutch. If so then which is the best for my mods.

The stock clutch should hold up to all of that. I've got porting, larger carbs, intake and pipes, timing, and CoolHead, and the stocker works fine.

Yep, you'll have no clutch problems, the stocker is actually pretty tough for a mild modded motor.

Like Sredish said. Coolhead w/20 domes, timing advance, lightened flywheel, then I would think about some new rear tires and if you have anything left over some V-Force. You'll be happy with the performance after that.

You mentioned tires. I have stockers and I was thinking of getting either razers, shredders, or holeshots. I had holeshots on my blaster and I liked them. The terrain I ride on is mostly farm land with lots of grass and dirt. Nothing like sand or mud though.

well then with that terrain i would go with turftamers. i have 18-9.1/2-8 on mine and i hook up on every terrain i've put it on so far. i've had razrs and holeshots and i think these hook up the best of them all.

I would mill the head 25-30 thousanths, also advance the timing 4 degrees. You can do that for under a $100.Need more, try v-Force reeds and carbs.

id go with kenda klaws. holeshots and all them suck in my opinion. if you ever decide to get in any kind of mud look for them to be burying the rear of your banshee in about 2 seconds. ive run fast trekkers forever and they hook up well in all conditions, but you cant hardly find them anymore. as for klaws, i just started using them. i run them at hillclimbs and if they were shitty tires i can assure you i wouldnt f*ck with them.
