repacked my silencers

i repacked my silencers today, and i cranked it up and good god... the smell, i almost cant stand it. is that normal? will it go away? it never did that on my blaster.

When my pipes were new, people said that they smelled really bad too. ?? ?? eventually went away, now just get the smell of high octane fuel, mmm mmm good.

my silencers smoke after a hard ride from the packing burning, im sure its just a bad smell that'll go away, what kinda packing did u use?

My packing didn't smell if I recall correctly...May be the type of packing you used, not sure though. I used some Moose packing in mine. I'd say as long as it's not flaming out you silencers, give it a ride or two and see if it's still there

All over the place...really I just do a google search for smilies & surf different boards; too much time on my hands I guess. haha
