Vacation today. Leaving @ 4pm.

I'm going home, to Steamboat, CO for a week and a half. Leaving around 4pm. We're driving the motorhome and pulling the Jeep on a hauler behind it. We're taking our fly rods, our mountain bikes, and anything else we can fit, I think my golf clubs. Only thing , the shee is staying home for this trip. So, she will be lonely for a week or so.

 

I'll be in and out some today, and around 4pm, I'll be outta here.

Must be nice... You might reconsider the not bringing your banshee though....ever been to Walden, CO? Don't forget to pack some Led Zeppelin, can't have a road-trip without it.

All I can say is bring a ton of bug spray. There were a ton of mosquitos up there when I went up to Colorado last summer. Also, you might want to invest in some sort of high flow filter for the hauler if you can. It's not really the grades in the roads between the mountains as much as it is the altitude.

You suck! I'm going to rub in my vacation to the dunes when it comes up in August. Man does that seem so far away. Have a great time and be careful, dont break nothing else. You're probably almost healed now from the last adventure.

Nope nothing will be broken, except maybe a couple u-joints. Led, I've spent more time in Walden that I honestly care to admit. Some of my old stompin grounds.

 

Oh well. I guess I'm gonna check out a little early.
