You have seemed to rule out all the basics, ie swapping carbs, removing line and turning on the fuel...one question, did you check the y connector? Another would be turn the gas on with the line disconnected (no smoking at this point!) and attach it while fuel is flowing. If that don't work, put in a pingel dual line petcock...if not you are screwed cause I have no idea banghead

DUNCAN, check your bowl vents and make sure it's not restricted or the hose is kinked. ....the hose coming of the bottom of the carb ..... you might blow through the hose and make sure it is clear. Also maybe the brass tube in the bowl is plugged or something .

Sounds like one of the carbs is not leting the air out when the fuel is going in.

I think that last two posters are on to something. Try to find out where the air is coming from. It obviously isn't coming from the bottom of your fuel tank. It is full, right? ;) .

Can you see the bubble form? Does it form in the line, near a connection that may be leaking air in? Or does it come up from the carb, or down from the petcock?

AT THIS POINT I ALMOST THINK THAT THERE IS GOING TO BE SOME TYPE OF AIR BUBBLE IN THE LINES NO MATTER WHAT I DO. I HAVE JUST TRIED A FEW DIFFERNT TEST TO SEE WERE THE AIR IS COMING FROM AND HAVE NO LUCK, BUT I JUST CHANGED THE LOCATION OF THE "T"( RELOCATED IT TO A SLIGHTLY LOWER POSITION) AND THINGS SEEM TO HAVE GOTTEN BETTER. I WAS ABLE TO RUN IT WFO A FEW TIMES UP AND DOWN THE STREET BEFORE IT RAN OUT OF GAS. SO I DO HAVE SOME PROGRESS HOWEVER I AM NOW OUT OF FUEL LINE SO I WILL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL TOMORRO TO SEE IF I AM GOING THE RIGHT DIRECTION WITH THIS.

push the portion of the line with the bubble in it so that is lower than the rest, the bubble should then go up through the petcock and into the tank since it will float. thatll make the bubble go away. no if it comes back you know ur drawing a slight vacuum type situation somewhere. that make sense to everyone else? cause thats what i do when i get a bubble in my lines, but i only do it cause it looks bad on the translucent lines.
