  1. That seat was done by defmanchassis, it is ostrich skin
  2. May be interested in some cases and a tranny set...shoot me some prices
  3. Don't know how you can do Fullbore front for $175???
  4. I have run just about everything out there except for Royal Purple's stuff, I prefer Klotz Flexdrive 30, holds up very well with the abuse I give a clutch/tranny. Price wise it's almost 10 bucks a quart. BelRay 80wt is the most common oil I sell for 2 strokes (work at a yammie dealership)
  5. +4 is better than nothing. I run a stock frame right now and have went 4.20's with a 421 cub. I highly recommend more than +4, +10 to 12 would be ideal. If the frame is what you want than get it.
  6. take a look at the difference in ratio with different sprockets 14-41 = 2.92 13-41 = 3.15 13-42 = 3.23 14-42 = 3.00 May not seem like much numerically but, it plays a big role in how the bike hooks and tops out I have played with sprocket ratios for a long time to get the best power delivery for my purpose (sand drag only) and it takes time to get it right.
  7. I have used the Boondockers kit and NOS systems. The boondockers is nice for a mild hit and reliability. If you want all out power than definitely go with a wet system. NOS and Nitrous Express are great systems and if tuned and used properly (not to big of a shot) will drop the et's and be fairly reliable. I'm getting ready to go through my cub and install a nitrous express kit!
  8. I have a diagram I can email to you if you'd like. PM me with your email addy
  9. I don't know how much truth there is to it but I have heard Rudy Kurtz is sending all his trannies to K&T to be cut.
  10. I run Klotz Flex Drive 30, I run Barnett clutches and have a override tranny, works extremely smooth and stays clean and cooler! I use Bel Ray in my non race bikes and definitely reccommend it also, as it has great viscosity life.
  11. Run to your local auto parts store and get a vacuum pump, pulls the air and fluid out of the lines with more pressure than pumping the pedal....I have yet to have a problem when I use this method! (knocks on wood....err head)
  12. I just did my tranny this past weekend, went with a override...hardest part for me was the two stripped screws for the retainer for the shift drum All in all I believe most people that have some mechanical know how and patience can do it. Can't wait to have it all back together and hit the track this weekend!
  13. You have seemed to rule out all the basics, ie swapping carbs, removing line and turning on the fuel...one question, did you check the y connector? Another would be turn the gas on with the line disconnected (no smoking at this point!) and attach it while fuel is flowing. If that don't work, put in a pingel dual line petcock...if not you are screwed cause I have no idea
  14. I have a set of 34mm Keihin PJ's for sale, in great condition, I just took them off this past weekend, switched to alcohol carbs. Make me a reasonable offer on them. I was going to post on Ebay but I am tired of getting by deadbeats.
  15. I have a set of 34mm PJ's, just came off my Shee this past weekend, went to alcohol. Make an offer on them. Mo
