Say he parted you shee you get there find this out beat his ass then the cops bust him or whatever. you still out a shee and 3900. Sure he gets an ass beating but he'll heal and you shees still gone for good. I'm sure that a 250 dollar policy is cheaper to get. But remember once you go to the cops it's too late to get any theft coverage on it. Good luck. Quote

Within the first month or two you could claim it stolen and get the check for $4,000 cash that buy a good $3,500 shee and still have $500 to pay off the policy. In the end you didn't pay a dime. My policy is for $6,500 and cost me $270 a year and I have to pay it off in the first 6 months. Well worth it in my opinion. Quote

I am only 16 and i worked for almost 2 years saving up to do this build up and now i may have just lost it all . But like u guys said it was my own fault trustun someone else wth my stuff. Quote

I no when i take my quad to a local guy im callin him like every day to ask when its done, Id be lost for 5 months, hope you get your shee back tho, if he did sell it im sure theres somthin u can do, or all of us will send a donation your way so that we can have a fellow shee rider back on the trails, good luck bro Quote

bansheefreak Posted June 20, 2004 Report Posted June 20, 2004 well i hope you get it back... i would never take my banshee to a stranger to work on it unless it is a business and even then i wouldn't i fix my own stuff... you should have had this guy come over and fix it at your place... he could have brought his tools over anytime he had to time work on it and then you could help,watch,learn and be part of the rebiuld....but like i said i hope you get it back....
