KX250 Posted May 22, 2004 Report Posted May 22, 2004 Can somone please help me I know this is not the place to ask about thumper stuff but i Know that u guys are the most knolegable around. I have a KFX400 and today when I was riding and all of a sudden I thought I ran out of gas because it gave me the typical blahh. When i fead gas. I think it is not getting fuel through the carb. cause as soon as I switch the pet cock to prime (where it free flows gas through the carb it runs also on res. it will run) As soon as i put the pet cock back on normal (on) it runs for about 5 min. then dies again. locogato11283 Posted May 22, 2004 Report Posted May 22, 2004 i think you just need more gas. if you are low on gas when you have it on "on" it might not be gettin enough fuel to stay running. it may be just borderline. id say put gas in her. Quote
