Mx Tires

I use some 18x9.5x8 Turf Tamers. They hook up extremely well wherever I ride and they don't cost very much. I have some 18x11x8 on rims if you'd be interested. I used them a bit last year but found the 9.5" wide to slide a little better in corners.

Ok.. I'll tell you this..the new holeshot MX's get GOBS of traction..I've never had my shee get so much grip. It'll hold a wheelie in third for as long as I'm on the gas..and this is me trying to keep the nose down...they just grip that good..but they don't last very long...I've already torn a few knobs off the tire and I only have one race and 2 practice days on it. They hook up well and I've pulled a holeshot on a 250r. I've run the tires in wet dry and tacky conditions..they work good on all of them..but really shined when it was wet
