He kept giving me excuses why they werent shipped. I waited almost a month. I couldnt imagine if I had a problem with the arms and had to return them. Anybody have a arms they like alot and experience good customer service? Quote

got1banshee Posted April 12, 2004 Report Posted April 12, 2004 Yeah Ugly is an arm pit of a company, he is complaining to ebay and another place called something trade about a negative feed back that I left him. He sucks man, don't buy from him. I called gary at Quicksand and left a message and about an hour or so he had called me back and gave me a killer deal on a set of arm. I got them 2nd day shipping and he paid for half of the 2nd day shipping cost. I actual need to send him my half of the cost of shipping. Hell of a guy Gary is!!!!!!!!!!! Quote

IT MAKES ME WONDER IF YOU ARE TELLIN THE TRUTH These are people that bought the arms in the first place, why would they come on here and start stating stuff if it wasnt happening to them? They went with quicksands because it was what was recommended to them after they couldnt deal with getting the runaround any more. I had the same problem with a piston kit from Recreation Unlimited now known as NBS distributing. They were giving me the runaround and 6 weeks after non returned calls and emails, I finally get an email saying they were sending them out....2 weeks later I get the kit....with only one piston, rings, circlips and wristpin. It was missing the bearings and the whole other side. I went with another company....and told everyone on here not to buy from them....and I hope noone has. If you cant do proper business.....you shouldnt be in business at all. EVERYONE needs to be taken care of no matter how big or small their purchase, or at least be pushed in another direction if you cant handle their purchase or situation. dick. Quote

It goes well beyond the product when you are in this business.
