(this happened last sunday) i went to practice after the riders meeting and came up short on a double and fractured my thumb (as i found out later). after this i raced my first heat and took the holeshot, led 2 of the 4 laps and then completely lost my ability to clutch, fell to third and finished with my head hung... i still took third but now i can't ride for 3 weeks... i just look at her every day and dream of better days... swartzy Posted April 8, 2004 Author Report Posted April 8, 2004 it's okay, i'm spendin these three weeks working on her and riding the girlfriend... the "bummed thumb" worked tonight... This weekend i'm spendin some time workin on my mx track at my house and the shee is gettin a set of Renthal bars with some new grips and levers... just makin sure everything is ready for when i'm all healed up.
