wansomordis Posted March 25, 2004 Report Posted March 25, 2004 I bought one of those ARMADILLO bumpers outta Rocky Mountain and noise dived into the other side of a creek crossing and it flattened against the frame (first ride with it) ..My advise don't spend 110.00 on that bumper.. Now I have a AC Mud screen alot better make.. Quote

checkster Posted March 25, 2004 Report Posted March 25, 2004 I have a PRM Baja and like it. Not to expensive either. I love the duncan chrome bumper but at $160 they can keep it on the shelf. IMS is another fav but they didnt make it when I bought my bumper. If I bought one right now it would be an IMS. I have NOT ONE single complaint about the PRM Baja though, its built like a tank, and looks pretty good. check Quote

It looks real good, but sticks out too far forward, and I hit the ground with it everytime I get to the bottom of a hill, or try to cross creeks and stuff. Quote

ONE OF THE REASONS I PICKED THE PRM IS THERE ARE MORE PLACES TO GRAB IT TO HELP ME LOAD IT IN MY PICKUP. WITH THE STOCK BUMPER I COULDNT PICK IT UP BY MYSELF (TO LOW AND NARROW).
