ruff_rida69
you should'nt have to heat it up, when I did mine I left it off like 2 days and when I started putting it back together it slid on perfectly with no problems
getonit
i have a new crank maybe the keyway just needs a small amount of filling down,i had to use a gear puller to get it off so im wondering what the next move should be
yamaha350
first make sure there is no flaws in the gear surface or the crank surface. measure them with a set of calipers too. also what crank is it? if you can get ahold of another gear try that.
