STLBILL Posted February 18, 2004 Report Posted February 18, 2004 Hi guys: I have a 2003 Red/Black with plenty of scratches. If I used eBay I would grab these at ten times the price. I wouldn't do shipping. I would just drive down and pick them up - pay him cash. I guess I am just dumb. I always thought plastic was expensive. Maybe this doesn't include the decals??? I am definately missing something here. Otherwise I am going to have new plastic from the dealer every month (slight exaggeration)! Regards, Bill Quote
kenr74 Posted February 18, 2004 Report Posted February 18, 2004 The shipping on that probalby isn't to far off. It won't weight much but it would have to be in a huge box. Quote
NYUK Posted February 18, 2004 Report Posted February 18, 2004 if you never shipped a set of plastic, you have no idea how much it costs.i just shipped a full set charged 50 on e bay, shipping bill came to 70. he will probably lose money. Quote
SICK BOY Posted February 18, 2004 Report Posted February 18, 2004 Your right about that NYUK,I've been there done that. Quote
banshee962000 Posted February 18, 2004 Report Posted February 18, 2004 seems right that is what i would charge. i paid 40 dollars shipping for a rear raptor fender. mainly they charge for the size of the box Quote
erbilabuc Posted February 18, 2004 Report Posted February 18, 2004 I shipped Raptor front and rear fenders and it was 17$ with ups from NC to WI. Is it because I use an online account or something? Quote

clint Posted February 21, 2004 Report Posted February 21, 2004 i just shipped a set of front and rear plus a radiator cover from maine to florida for 17.50 through usps.just to let you know. Quote
blue95shee Posted February 21, 2004 Report Posted February 21, 2004 I have shipped several plastics. The size of the box is what screws you on the cost. It makes a big difference where it goes also. I shipped all of my purple and yellow plastic for $25. On the other hand I shipped just a rear for almost $40. It varies a lot but that dosen't sound out of line at all. Quote
Minkia38 Posted February 21, 2004 Report Posted February 21, 2004 i shipped yesterday, from MI to TX $48 for uncut fronts and rears - smallest possible box i could use - maybe had an inch to spare lengthwise. Quote
yamaha350 Posted February 22, 2004 Report Posted February 22, 2004 i have had several sets of plastic shipped through ups and have never cost more than 20 bucks Quote
