PlaynSand Posted February 16, 2004 Report Posted February 16, 2004 Get it ported . Will add more power than anything you can bolt on , besides NOS or a turbo Quote
96shee84z28 Posted February 16, 2004 Author Report Posted February 16, 2004 how much would a good port job be? Quote
Big Blue Posted February 16, 2004 Report Posted February 16, 2004 depend on were you get it ported, passionre did mine, send him a pm. Quote
screamin'twin Posted February 17, 2004 Report Posted February 17, 2004 i would say porting to, then maybe some bigger carbs on there. i got my porting done at East Coast ATV i think it was like 400. Quote
sandman121383 Posted February 17, 2004 Report Posted February 17, 2004 i'm gonna give my vote to porting too! Quote
fixitrod Posted February 17, 2004 Report Posted February 17, 2004 What tires were you running? Just making sure you were getting the power to the ground. Anyway, as far as power... porting and carbs. Quote
DUNEDEMON Posted February 17, 2004 Report Posted February 17, 2004 Don't forget timing advance, and lighten the flywheel. Quote
Leadfoot350 Posted February 17, 2004 Report Posted February 17, 2004 Rudy Kurtz from port magic, a&s, K&T and Patriot Racing are really good at porting for glamis. Rudy is in hersperia if you want to talk face to face with your porter. Quote
