Everyone.. Please keep this topic on track. Here we will keep all the needed info for this trip/gathering..

 

First off I just uploaded some pics to the site with semi directions and a pic of what to look for.

Things kinda turned bad for me. I'm exploring other options on getting cash together to go. Found out I can't E-File my damn taxes, so its going to be 7-10 weeks before my refund gets here, CC's have like $500 on them that I can use.

It might get better tomorrow though.....

 

Anyway here is what I'll be driving in if shit stops raining on me.

Blue '98 Chev Z-71 ext. cab long bed, Utah plates lol. Orange (and white, black, chrome and unchromed) banshee.

Gonna try to leave this place as early as possible, say around 4:30-5am on thursday. That puts me down there at around 2-3pm.

I'll be there sometime Tuesday afternoon, 3/3. Probably like 4 or 5pm.

 

I should be driving a red Chevy half ton x-cab 2wd and pulling a little white enclosed trailer, might have another banshee in the truck bed...

I'll be in my white dodge ram x cab 4wd with a white shell, weekend warrior behind it either on 3/5 or 3/6.

I'll be there in a Yellow Xterra with a tiny trailer - red black shee and a yellow 300ex. Pretty hard to miss. Arriving possibly on the 3rd and leaving probably on the 8th. Not really sure yet, I'm just gonna wait and see how early people will be getting there and try to match their arrival with my own. I could potentially be there on the 2nd.

We'll be there on Thursday hopefully with a 1996 white F250 pulling a 22' flatbed trailer with a blue sandrail my red and white banshee my bros 250r. There might be a friend of ours coming with an old motorhome pulling a buggy. And another friend might be going with his 03 f450 flatbed pulling a 32 toybox.

My wife, a couple friends, and I will roll in sometime on Thursday. We plan to leave Tuesday night and have a 30 hour drive. I'm sure we are going to have to stop and catch a few winks somewhere along the way. But when we get there we'll be in the Chevy shown below, pulling a 20' open car trailer loaded with Yamahas. We'll probably be followed by a teal Mustang.
