fixitrod Posted January 21, 2004 Report Posted January 21, 2004 If you port your cages, tdr reeds seem to be the reed of choice for most and for all types of riding. The thicker ones flutter less on top and the thinner ones give just a touch more snap on the bottom. I'd rather it didn't flutter. Just me though. Quote

If I should take them somewhere, where? I am thinking about running TDR reeds, but which ones would be best with ported reed cages, carbon fiber, epoxy fiber, ect.? J-Madd Posted January 27, 2004 Report Posted January 27, 2004 I just spent 250+ on FMF Power Valve cages and carbon fiber Power Series dual stage reeds and couldn't tell a lick of difference (but my jetting wasn't perfect before or after installation)....Just my 0.02 Quote
