Cold Weather Jetting

I have a 98 Banshee. Totally stock. I removed the snorkel and rejetted to 220 mains. seemed to run good but cold weather starting takes forever. Pulled plugs and they were black and wet. put fresh plugs in and still takes 10 kicks and a lot of patience and a few more tries to get it to stay running. last summer the plugs were so clean it looked like they were from a new car. Also looking for a set of pipes. Maybe pt`s or dmc`s Preferrably spark arrestors. Any ideas?

Thanks. I live in Idaho, 2600 elevation, 30 degrees or so. I turnd the screws in 1/4 turn. Sounded better, but havent tried starting it cold. I got a pro flo and uni for it and wondered if it needs to be richened more. Plugs could have been wet from the

thirty or forty kicks to get it running. This aint a 4 stroke.
