SKEETER Posted January 1 Report Posted January 1 Youll need bigger upgrades than carbs , to see a difference worth the $. 10mm ported serval  Quote
Up north rider Posted January 3 Author Report Posted January 3 (edited) Many have said 10mm’s make for a less than desirable trial machine for some reason. I was considering a 472 serval or cub at some point. What’s your take on either of those, Or if you think 10mm’s are a bad all rounder. Edited January 3 by Up north rider Quote
SKEETER Posted January 4 Report Posted January 4 Figure out if the extra power you want is worth the extra $ . Not sure what kinda HP/TQ #s your assassins are making, might look into what a ported serval top end from cam, would be. Quote
Up north rider Posted January 4 Author Report Posted January 4 I might have to contact him about getting my trans worked over. I’ll see what he says about a top end. Do you think super cubs/servals are too much motor for a stock chassis and swingarm? Quote
SKEETER Posted January 4 Report Posted January 4 4mm ported serval , is gonna be a handful with stock swinger. +4 and 95hp is fun. Quote

If you just want a Pro Mod, send it to Tyson. As far as the carbs, the 33’s might net a few hp up top. The 28’s will keep it very snappy and get right in the pipe. If you’ve already got the 33’s, it wouldn’t hurt to toss them on and take them for a ride to see what you think. But to jump to the big 38–39’s might make a handful more hp on the dyno, but would make it way less fun to ride. 1 Quote
Up north rider Posted January 6 Author Report Posted January 6 I will play around with what I already have as far as carbs go. The consensus is don’t go for the big ones. Thanks for the input! Quote
