What Do You Do At Work When You Have Nothing To Do

I drive a recycling truck for a living.....and I dont have a set hourly schedule.....and am always working while I'm at work.....and when I'm done i'm done and go home.

Self employed. so if there is no work im out looking for some. and i put in foundations for houses and office buildings(parents company). when i get bored i usually tell the peons to get busy.

Well i usually dont have much time during the time i spend at work which sometimes is 8 hours sometimes i dont go home until a day later or now i work because there is nothing else to do, places i like to go is ebay and yahoo games haha, as far as what do i do when im at work, there are always friggin bad guys to find so i am usually pretty busy especially in a target rich enviroment

i set off air bags catch stuff on fire melt styrofome cups with pb blaster drive the shit outta cars call the girlfriend smoke a cigarette clean my tool box stare at our hottie cashier and thats bout it

sleep in my car, tell em i'm gettin food and go home for a few hrs, sit outside with my friends, race tow tractors, tape ball fights, rock fights, always bring my hockey stick to wrk....sometimes that gets kinda messy, take the wrk truck out and see how fast we can get it then hit the brakes, tape people up, video games.

We just came up with something new:

 

Hook the power point projector up to a dvd player. Rig the whole thing to a surround sound system and watch DVD's all night on the wall. Other distractions include r/c cars on the track we built, welding shit, playing in the machine shop, car/shee maintenance, fishing in the salt water intakes, hooking up the amp and blowing out eardrums at 3am, throwing paper airplanes and r/c planes off of the boiler, checking out open windows in the area with a telescope, scoping the hotties on the beach with the CCTV, darts.

out of my usual 12.5 hr work day, i rarely get bored and have time to play around. i'm the supervisor, and have about 18 people to keep busy, not to mention interacting with the other departments to keep things rolling. even my breaks are sometimes spent in my office doing paperwork/computer work. if i do get free time, i'll call or e-mail my wife, or go around and bs with my guys while they work. i rarely get on the net at work. and everyone sais supervisor's have it made!
