Exhaust choke clearance problem

Having trouble from my 421 4 mil serval compete rebuild. The new carbs have choke hitting the exhaust. Tried scaring, can't get it to line up.

 

Any suggestions?

Shimming, pipes won't line up, can't clock carbs.

Going off what the mechanic says, thinking of doing a choke cable.
He said it won't work and they are fmf fatty pipes.

Might wanna ask him why

Youve got something wrong or its your style intake

I found that the fattys have some of the most clearance. Shim the pipe hangers
