get a heat gun, heat the offending fender up in the bent area, pull the fender back into place and hold it there for a couple of min. until it cools.

Take the back two fender bolts off (the ones behind the seat).Go to the hardware and match them up with longer ones,and get some washers to fit them.Then put it back together with the new bolts puting the washers between the bottom of the fender and the mount on the grab bar.(you may have to try a few time to find out how many washers are needed)When you tighten them back up the preasure will lift the ends of the fenders up.

Cascade sells a set of fender braces for 18.50 The only downfall is with alot of mud they will slitley bend (very little) when you wash quad just push up on them. Mine have been on for 2 years and work great.No more fender flap or sag.....
