  6. just face it adam yr bike is fucked!
  7. the locknut in the middle has nothin to do with the tyre and rim it just holds the the wheel mounting thing on the axle
  8. i have stock pipes and the seals that join the pipes together (the ones under the seat) have rips in each one and i was going to just replace them but they are charging 40 bucks each(aussie dollar) . now my bike sounds awsome but there is a bit of smoke coming out and i am worried that i might be loosing rear compresion from this? is there anything that i could put on the pipes to seal them up?any replies will help lots
  9. i say go ahead and buy one ,a shee was my first bike and after you get used to the powerband you can then tame the beast ,for some reason since i was like 12 i wanted one really bad but my parents wouldmt buy me any bike but when i turned sixteen there it was and when its working ,riding is a whole lot of arm slinging action.oh yeah and ninjamaster ,im sorry but warriors are damn slow. i dragged one after a few months of havn my shee and killed it .in fourth i was a good 15-20m in front. my shee shee is my first bike .
  10. hey guys , i was wondering how much a stock 2001 banshee can take when jumping. especially the axle. ive had my bike for a good 8 months and ive mostly been doin burms roostin and hill climbing. i now want to start getting some decent air . do i need to do anything inparticular to prep my bike for this(by this i mean adjust my present parts)and how much can my shee take until it will start to shit itself. i weigh around 70 kg and my bike is pretty much stock standard. any replies will be much appreciated
  11. i had the same problem with pains in my legs and abs the first time i went riding. i couldnt walk for two days because my legs were so strained. but i just kept riding again and again and after a while your body gets stronger and tonesup in those areas . now i can ride all day and then hit the sack and be fine the next day no probs.
  12. just make sure your axle has no slack, i found this out the hard way and ended up with a chunk out of my bottom end missing. i realised the axle was loose because when i climbed up any hill i could feel the bike joulting , it was the chain slipping so i tryed to ride home (about 10 km) but i didnt make it. i had to get my bike towed home with our 4wd . the axle bearings were completly f!#@kd and they were so bad that it even ripped up the side and inside of my casing but likily the shop could machine it down and it is as good as new except for the chunk missing.
  13. whats i side winder ,i live in perth, australia ,can you buy them there? how much are 530s ,can it go on a stock shee
  14. hey guys , i need to get a new chain because my old one is so stretched i cant even tighten it with the adjusters . any way i was just wondering what is the difference between o ring and x ring chains , is the x ring just a fancy rip off or is it actually good and can we evn get x rings for the shees .thanks
  15. my banshee is prettymuch stock with dominators ,no snorkel and all the pointless shit like the plates behind your pegs and the black guards on the back and stuff ripped off. i found that there was alot more shifting to be done with the 13 but it seemed to get the front up in the air alot easier and it did climb hills alot better in fourth . im running the 41 on the back . at the moment ive screwed up my whole chain drive so i need to get new sprockets and chain all new rollers and sliders . all this because my bearings collapsed while i was riding .should i get any different sprocket sizes on front or/and rear if so what size and what effects , or should i just stick with 14/ 41. (sorry a wrote so long,im really bored )
