I got that wrong, that's equivalent to our 50:1

Hope you use really good oil. Some here use that little of oil, most use 32:1

To put it in perspective; The Banshee owners manual recommends 24:1 The most popular here is 32:1, some run 40:1, and a very few run 50:1 or even less.

Honestly I was speeding , pinning mid throttle 6th gear for a solid 10 min on asphalt

The mechanic gave me a 3 page long bill on what is up

I like the banshee, everyone keeps telling me that its amazing as long as you maintain it well yet no one elaborates and I get to pay

I have been told by my mechanic that driving on asphalt increases heat within the engine ultimately causing it to blow. He said that it is preferable to pull into sand every half a kilo on asphalt

You need a new mechanic!
