Ching Chong aftermarket head?

Bought a quad and it came with this head which to me it looks like a cheap one, going to build a 4 mil and wanted to see if I need to ditch this head, no markings on it whatsoever.

why does it looks cheap? 

looks like a driveline head to me.  They are good heads, made in the good ole usa and function the way they should. 

btw make sure you are running BR8ES plugs idk whats up with the plugs that are in that one pictured

That's a projected tip spark plug. The electrode hangs an extra couple milimeter into the combustion chamber. Don't know if it's benefits anything.

I'm with Sully though, a 6 heat range is probably too hot. Go with an br8es.

Usually quality stuff has a engraving or stamp somewhere but this head has absolutely nothing. I have some of those going in before next ride.

Honestly, I wouldn't bother replacing the head shell. Just get new domes from your builder as that head shell accepts normal domes.

pretty sure thats a driveline head. they are good. wouldnt waste money buying something else that is literally going to have no benefit except say "pro design" on the side of it, and a million more o rings to boot. do as you wish just my cents

Thanks for the info guys, I’m looking to build a 4mil this winter so i wanted to see if i needed a new head or that one would suffice.

After some more digging I came to the conclusion that it’s a driveline head but they don’t make them anymore...
