go to fastenal, msc, hell home depot, buy some flat bar, file and a hack saw. cut to what you want, drill two holes. bolt them up.

Nope, just clamps to fit stem. The rest of the bars are the same as 7/8" bars

Just looked up some quotes, the swingarm weighs 12.5lbs. Box would be around 21"x8"x6". 

USPS said $105, UPS said $320 and Fedex said $310. DHL is $240
