Strm Trpr Posted September 13, 2016 Report Posted September 13, 2016 Nope... My buddy has a dune port, coolhead, 28mm PWK's, VF2's and had T3's. That thing pulled and rev'd to the moon with T3's. Installed SLP's, raised the needle, and went for a rip. Still needed more fuel. So I increased the main by two sizes and gained a tiny bit more top end. It could probably use more main, but he didn't have anything bigger. It pulled clean, so he ran it. The SLP's have a shit ton more bottom end, but I feel that they neuter a banshee's powerband. It literally felt like I put a 13T front sprocket on it. He has transmission issues and he can't get into 1st. Yes, everything shifter wise is new and adjusted properly or I'd install a 15T front sprocket and see how it does. He's happy with the SLP's so we'll install a 15T front sprocket after the trans is gone thru and ProMod'd. Quote

Im gunna get unstamped silencers .. sounds like if you just play with the gearing a little bit they would be to your liking. I liked my shearers, they really ripped up top no doubt, sound sick and look it, but just takes too long to sign on. Quote
