No exhaust pressure out of one exhaust.

Hey my 01 banshee stopped is barley smoking out of one pipe and is bogging now. Could this a dead cylinder? How should I go about fixing this?

Compression test, clean the carbs , make sure no mouse house in the pipe

make sure the reeds are not broken.

So I did a compression test and got 125 and 115.

Yes I had a reading of 115 on the side that is not smoking as much

Check that carb yet? Can you see through main, pilot , and holes on side of emulsion tube? Check float level.

 

Depending on how it runs and starts, and budget could run it. Or throw a set of rings in it IF the piston clearance is less than service limit.

 

Or it may be time for a fresh bore.

I had checked the carb and the main and pilot jet look clear and normal

Float level is not correct as the carb leaks gas. Could this part of the problem?
