Maybe play with needle clip position some more.

So I'm going to try putting the clip one the first spot (near the point) it defiantly is 95% better I put hose clamps around the boost bottle and put the 300 mains back in now she wants come up like crazy idk if it's a mid throttle problem or a main jet should I go to 310 mains?

You won't get it running 100% right until you get the right pilots in it.  When you go with a richer pilot, it will make a difference all the way through the RPM range.  The pilots flow fuel from the second you start it, until you kill it.  I would just wait until you get the right pilots, so you aren't jetting it several times.

Get rid of the boost bottle !! It WILL crack the carb boots!!! And if they do show signs of cracking replace them. Sooner or later they will start to leak!! Then your pistons will melt!!
