       2  lower gasket oem

       new stock head cover  oem

       new yamaha head studs  oem

       2 cyl seat rubber oem

i install everything correct

and when i try to put the head cover  doesn't align with the stud bolts

what could be wrong ?

everything is oem yamaha

except cyl juggs are NICHE

Are you torquing the cylinders then trying to install the head? If so, it's usually easier and better to leave the jugs loose and step torque the head to the cylinders in OEM sequence, then torque the cylinders after. It's a simple change in procedure that can make life much easier.

this is just me but I would do a dry run. make sure the cylinders go down easily on the cases with dowels installed. if not you may need to use some sand paper or dremel in the cylinder holes because the machining is likely off a bit. you don't want to have to beat them on. next make sure the head goes on easily. there should be plenty of slop cast into the head holes for this. if it wont go on easily then I would suspect again the cylinder studs have bad machining. may need to ream the head holes slightly. beat it on with a mallet if you want but I wouldn't. after your done you may want to take a look and see if the combustion chamber is still mostly centered over the bore with no large protrusions.

first time i have issues with my banshee ,   i call NICHE  customer service and they send me 2 new juggs

i install them and same problem

i thinks niche  cyl are not perfect

olds juggs  goes in easily  , with this niche are impossible to fit the head to the bolts they are far away from head holes

can i hammer the studs to align them or prefer to get yamaha juggs ?

the real issue is that the upper cyl studs won't fit in the head cover holes , the only way to get the cover is by hammer and i don't want to do it

in the past the head cover will fit by hand  easily  ,  with these new niche cyl  the cover won't go easily
