Shee_fast Posted October 28, 2015 Report Posted October 28, 2015 Well here goes..... So I have a tot of a 90% motor got it for 150. I was looking through the "bottom end assembly" thread, noticed im missing the idler gear, key washer and c clip. Also my kicker seems sloppy. Any help with this would be awesome... Surfrjag Posted October 28, 2015 Report Posted October 28, 2015 that idler is common to come off and clip and washer get destroyed, check all the gears in the trans and clutch gear for damage. Have fun, these motors are relatively simple. when you have question don't be afraid to ask.. after you have searched of course. Quote

Power_Man Posted October 28, 2015 Report Posted October 28, 2015 When i rebuilt my motor, i used YouTube a lot. Watch multiple videos of the same thing from different users, that way you can get different views and perspective. 1 Quote

camatv Posted November 1, 2015 Report Posted November 1, 2015 import grey, mega grey, use OEM crank seals. Quote
Shee_fast Posted November 2, 2015 Author Report Posted November 2, 2015 I just got a new crank so seals should be good i hope Sent from my LGLS990 using Tapatalk Quote
Power_Man Posted November 2, 2015 Report Posted November 2, 2015 Change your seals. Why chance your rebuild over a couple seals. Quote
