pablopab50 Posted August 28, 2015 Report Posted August 28, 2015 I just received 573M06800 pistons. Domes are supposed to be 69mm 21cc. I don't see any spacer plate in the box. Crank from hotrods is supposed to be 4111. I think something is wrong. I thought for long rods I needed 795M06800 pistons... Please help me out Quote
trickedcarbine Posted August 28, 2015 Report Posted August 28, 2015 The pistons you have are blaster pistons. The 795's do not come in the 68mm bore size so guys use the blaster style. The cylinder is cast with the proper geometry to not need a spacer plate or stepped domes. Quote

If I am doing a high dollar build and was having a CP mono jug ported, would I be having to high expectations to expect the little casting nubbies at least be sanded off? Just curious, if it's common or not and wondered as I'm taking the plunge. Quote
