Only thing I did notice but don't know if that's what going to do that is one of the o rings that goes in under the fiber was broken but the little piece that was broken still went in under the fiber

first, take all those o-rings out and throw them away.

Second, when you're taking it apart double check the spline engagement cause from your video the plate is way to far out.

But that could be from orings in between your fibers and steels

I had the arrow on the pressure plate lined up with arrow on inner hub

Then you need to figure out the adjuster on the end of the clutch push rod and ball.
