Weeeek Spark

Well just rebuilt the thing from the ground up,everything from new powder coated frame to new carb setup.....anyway got it all together and it wont start checked all the obvious things got fuel,compression, but spark is weak and intermintant. Put a spark inline tester on one side and when i first kick the bike over i get one bright spark and then after that the spark its very faint if at all, Checked both sides, same thing .....Put a test light on the red wire coming from the stator to the CDI .....same thing ...i get a nice bright light on the first kick...then nothing............everything worked fine before the rebuild........I think its the stator but dont want to just start buying more parts ....Can the stator be checked anyother way???HELP

check the ground on the coil im not shure but if its the same as the way the worrior is set up they had a lot uf probblums with them not grounding after getting dirty and you said you just painted the fraim.

if you are using the stock key set up check the wires that go to that for a broken solder that was my problem
