trickedcarbine Posted June 12, 2015 Report Posted June 12, 2015 So, guy calls me and says his kid toasted the clutch on the family blaster. I show up and it's Immaculate! So I yank the bolts and springs out and the pressure plate would not move. Rod and ball were welded. I gave it some oomph and it popped loose, but it ain't coming out. I dropped the news to the guy that we are now pulling the motor to split it. Now, the guy asked what caused that to happen and then went one step further and asked what we can do to prevent it from happening again. I know a pancake is the answer, but I don't really follow the Blaster scene any more as any friends with them moved on to 4 strokes. Does anybody even know if I can get a pancake for a Blaster? Quote
Bennett131 Posted June 12, 2015 Report Posted June 12, 2015 I just did a quick search and didn't see anything like the banshee pancake bearing. How different is the clutch? Quote

How different is the clutch?I searched before I posted. Thought for sure there would be one. It's almost identical, just scaled down and only 5 springs. Quote
