hondaracing02 Posted April 1, 2015 Report Share Posted April 1, 2015 (edited) So my Push lever on my 03 Banshee popped up and bent the retainer clip when I was riding and is now slightly corked, (ATTACHED PIC). I tore into the clutch side cover when i got my new push lever. Behind the clutch pressure plate, theres the lifter thing (attached pic) and the push rod ball was froze to it, and the push rod behind it doesnt move when i press on it with a screwdriver? how do i get the push rod out to replace it, some kind of magnet to pull it out or what?? and whats the lifter piece? please see the pics and the issues Im having will be better explained.. I also attached a pic of what the nut for the clutch adjustment looked like, isnt this way out of alignment? could this have caused the push lever to pop out? hondaracing02 Posted April 2, 2015 Author Report Share Posted April 2, 2015 the push rod doesnt move at all, no. I want to sell the banshee, so cheapest into it would be best. but want it to hold up.
