[email protected] Posted March 8, 2015 Report Posted March 8, 2015 Found a coolant leak between cases. so wondering if I split the cases and apply new rtv will the surface area has to be 100% oil free before applying it ? And it really bugged me so I stopped riding it The next day I come to garage and noticed I have 3-5 drops of coolant on the ground. I'm using all new gaskets and Orings on coolhead. Larry's Shee Posted March 9, 2015 Report Posted March 9, 2015 seen a pigs ass cleaner. But it was a 4-H pig. Clean that fucker up pussy clean. Then start it, let run a bit, without riding, shut off, look for leak. Using baby powder helps in finding leak. Quote
