pp13bnos Posted February 26, 2015 Report Posted February 26, 2015 Best time to buy a bike is just before Christmas. Its winter, alot of people aren't thinking about riding. Not to mention the holidays are coming up and might need some $$. I picked up my bike for $2250. (A steal out here in Oregon) Came with a torchworks radiator, coolhead, t-5s, pods, 2 sets of sand tires, a set of dirt tires, +4 round house swing arm, +2 durablue axle, freshly gone through motor, some bling, etc. However, from now until Christmas is a long way away. Be an ass, and bum bikes off of friends until next winter. Quote
@premiumsdd2 Posted February 27, 2015 Author Report Posted February 27, 2015 I like to buy the ones that are closer to stock and spend a few bucks more on the one that's been taken care of. this way I can put the mods I want on it and not getting someone elses pipe dream. ask questions, get as much info as ya can, bearings, bushings, engine/trans work, clutch, carbs etcetc depending on your state......I always buy the one that has paperwork unless im using it for parts. where are you located? bhq members may have one for sale or we could help ya look at least.........check out the classified forums I'm located in mid Michigan and I'm looking for a stock one Quote
@premiumsdd2 Posted February 27, 2015 Author Report Posted February 27, 2015 And at were I go to school I don't have any "riding buddies" because my school is full of stoners and black kids and I'm not into that stuff so I wouldn't beable to borrow a machine for any one Quote
