Ground up rebuild

Recommended Posts

motor looks fukn awesome

Dude this build has been fun and taxing there's hardly any used internals on that engine down to the circlips... Thanks to JL for hooking me up with a killer deal on powder to make it look pretty too, his shit is some of the best ive had done on this and his swing arm is badass too

If you could, it would be a great reference. Might be sending a frame in for PC this summer.

So in order from smallest to largest tap size;

M5x0.8 84205e7182715dd9f9d70e3c5c373526.jpg

M6x1.0 - this is for most of the holes on the frame

M8x1.25 - rear rotor hub

M10x1.25 - pegs and motor mount

You fire it up?

No I stripped the right upper a-arm bought a new one and some how it stripped as well so I gotta figure out why I can't get a bolt to hold there... And I gotta wait for chariot to send me a new pancake bearing stud

But I'm gonna make it to glamis this year for sure... I've been wanting to go since I was a kid!!!
