Ok I will yeah I just don't see why it could be jets it idles really good when it's warm and runs fine no matter what temp it is all I know is it has a hard time idling when it's cold for more then 10sec

Definitely remove the carb to do any work. Keeps from getting junk in them and also keeps you sane actually being able to work on it with out being all hunched over trying to figure something out for the first time. Also put a new piece of vacuum tube between the two carbs as well.

i have to shake mine for it to start and idle when its cold out side, or if it has been  awhile since its been running

If you are serious, Think a good carb cleaning should be in your near future
