Will cut fenders knock down the value?

I want to race cut my front fenders, they are stock blue and in decent shape. I was told to not cut them because it will really knock down the value, especially as these machines get older. Am I better off buying a front fender thats already cut and keeping my original fenders? or would you say it really doesnt make a difference as far as the value goes.

Cut em. There are lots more things that affect value. The more unstock it is, the higher the value. Banshees will never fall into the category of a 1968 Shelby GT500KR convertible.

People don't think banshees will gain value but i believe they will, very hard to find nice oem parts anymore i feel. especially fenders that aren't cut, do they have the original graphics on them or are they plain?

a friend of mine and i just redid an 87  we put 98ish full white plastics on it  and used chrome plated fender supports...
