jriffe23 Posted December 9, 2014 Author Report Share Posted December 9, 2014 Okay so its finally alive. Going to ride it a little more tomorrow. Figured out that it wouldnt start because the flywheel nut backed off and sheered the woodruff key. Anyway, replaced that and it fired up on the second kick. oldskool Posted December 9, 2014 Report Share Posted December 9, 2014 Dude, you put that bike together and never checked jetting??Does that mean you didn't clean carbs either? Jetting is one of the most important things on these two strokes along with no air leaks. Your lucky it didn't run. Imo, your still going to be too small on pilot.
