Think about selling this already. Really need a good built rideable bike. This is straight line and that's it. Really wanting a 10mil serval or something. I'll ride and and see what I think.

Okay so its finally alive. Going to ride it a little more tomorrow. Figured out that it wouldnt start because the flywheel nut backed off and sheered the woodruff key. Anyway, replaced that and it fired up on the second kick. Going to do some carbs tuning and syncing and it will be set. Videos to come tomorrow as well as spark plug photos. Thanks everyone.

Dude, you put that bike together and never checked jetting??Does that mean you didn't clean carbs either? Jetting is one of the most important things on these two strokes along with no air leaks. Your lucky it didn't run. Imo, your still going to be too small on pilot. Good luck

Actually my jetting is perfect. Talked to a guy that has use the same carbs as me before, and got everything set up. Sent him a picture of the plugs that were a nice light brown color.
