Override problems starting (maybe)

Seems like alot of room for error doing it that way.. like not have the clutch fully engaged. .. Tyler what way are adjusting your cable when your clutch gets hot? Out, so when pulling lever it opens the clutch pac farther?

 

I have always set up all our bikes like that.

 

The clutch gets hot, the plates swell and you need more pull to get the clutch to disengage.

 

So basically so the pancake gets pushed out further.

More problems with this override now. Doesn't seem to want to shift wide open I have to let off on the gas for split second for it to shift to third and same for forth?

I really need this thing to last just little bit longer,
