A title is nice to have...otherwise your just borrowing the bike you ride. ..check your state for information. ..if theres never been a title in anyone's bame then most likely you can apply for one....

So does anyone make an upgrade kit to go from j-arm to A-arm front end???

At one point there were a lot of people doing conversions. Not sure if there is still an available kit. But, there are a few companies making really nice extended J arm kits. They are actually pretty stout if done right. Look how many desert trucks use J arms. They can totally be done right. Try Stellar, or any of the chassis guys in the sponsor list.
