FWIW, put a set on, 3 degree advance key, bored a couple holes in airbox lid and rejetted. Runs a smidge lean, but really woke up a stock bike. Glad I did it.

You guys that have them, hows the mid range punch? I'm bone stock, some trail, mostly open field, wide open stuff. Not afraid of a pipe that gives it all on top, but would like to have a little more in the middle. What do you guys think??

So who is reputable to do the porting? What kind of dollars are we talking about?-If I do the port work, then would it need bigger jets and exhaust to compliment? Or would the stock settings work for now?

Sorry for the dumb question, I've been out of the loop for 20yrs now, I was wondering if a 4 mil crank will work with a stock top end. My crank has a pretty bad wobble on the right side and will have to get trued. Was thinking about the possibilities while I'm there, just not ready to dump bookoo bucks into it at this time. Any smart ass answers will be greatly appreciated.

So does anyone make an upgrade kit to go from j-arm to A-arm front end???

Had a right side issue one time, turned out to be throttle cable.

got a primary crank drive gear from them last week, a fraction of the cost of new.

Thanks for the welcomes, one of the machine screws that hold on a plate behind clutch went through the RH crank seal and cracked a tooth on primary drive gear attached to the crank. I have the parts ready to put on, and motor is pulled. Not sure how many extra $$$ I'm ready to put in it right now. I'll try to find a pic or two and get it posted.

Hey everybody, just signed up. Bought a Shee back in '94. It was local independent dealer's hare scramble bike that had just underwent a front to back. Rode the piss outta it for many years and has been parked in the shed for last ten. Trying to get back into the swing of things as a buddy bought a 500 zilla. The ole girl is ready for a fresh motor, and thinking big bore. Not sure yet, as I have not had much time for research, been out of the loop for a long time and trying to re-learn everything. Anyway, figured I'd say hi and will be asking quite a few questions in the upcoming days.
