mattycotter Posted January 29, 2014 Report Posted January 29, 2014 hi there i decided to clean out my carbys yesterday clean all the jets everything and blow all the jet holes with a compressor put it back together and it didn't want to start so i spayed start ya basted down the intake and it started first go the idles until it all where off then dies the bowls are getting fuel just not getting out into the engine any ideas what is wrong Quote

do-work-son Posted January 29, 2014 Report Posted January 29, 2014 Start google searching.. there is a black tube that connect the carbs ( chock tube) make sure that is in and .. Look threw the back of the carbs make sure the half moon shape on the slides is facing the rear of carb Quote
uman1030 Posted January 29, 2014 Report Posted January 29, 2014 sorry i am new to all this banshee stuff what are the slides and my choke works fine rubber tube that is between the two carbs connecting them that frequently gets left off when unassembling them for the first time. and the slides are the metal cylinder attached to the cable make sure the little bb on each will appear in the syncing glass window or the larger cutaway part is facing the air filter Quote
