Every state has certificates of origin or titles. Certificates are used to get a title. Bill of sale is not proof of ownership. If you don't have papers…..YOU don't even own that bike. Fully built cubs are only selling for around $4k that's with a title. Bill of sale just shows how much you paid for it but does not transfer ownership of the bike.
