How much HP would my cylinder have

Recommended Posts

Were gonna need more info.....tire pressure, length of chain, type of headlights etc.

post like this are complete bullshit. You will see stuff like this. Some people wont catch the sarcasm.

Anyways, the shop who ported it will best tell you what it should make on the dyno. A dyno is only a tuning tool. Dyno's vary and it's better where and how it makes power than the peak numbers it puts down.

Polishing a banshee head doesnt do anything for power. Milling it to raise compression does. Mill it too much and you will need more octane to prevent detonation. Watch them spark plugs to make sure they dont back out.

Depending on the port job, you may have been better off buying some serval cub cylinders and running them as is(as cast) and making better power. However, you could already could have an amazing set of ported jugs. We cant tell you that. Good luck.
